Wishing you a beautiful Spring Equinox time.
To honour this day, I invite you to go out for a walk to look for signs of Spring. As you set out on your walk, activate your senses, and feel yourself settling into the present moment. Let all thoughts fall away. Look out for the buds on the trees, the spring flowers, and the birds arriving or leaving on their annual migrations. Look to the sunlight, and feel the warmth of the air.
Meander.
There is nowhere for you to be, no destination; just enjoy whatever is around you.
After a while, it might be nice to stop and think about your 2023 intentions. What is unfolding? What next? You might take a notebook with you and write down any insights you gain. Wishing you a beautiful time. If you are called, you can leave me a note about your experience and thoughts for the day :)
So much appreciation to you for sharing this ‘being alive; adventure with me.
Ann
A Wee Addendum
Below is my recorded visualization of a walking-in-nature meditation from the lovely little book by Dorothea Breitzter-Kings called Meditations Through the Year.
It beautifully captures the sights, the smells, the sounds, and the beauty that is there for us to enjoy at this time of year. Please click here or on the photo below to listen to the recording—deep appreciation, as always, to Tim Uffindell for the exquisite piano accompaniment.
Enjoy!

Spring Equinox, New Beginnings
Ann—
So lovely an invitation, to become awake and aware in the beautiful spring air. Grounding and tuning in this way is a type of deep compass, orienting me to life herself. I’ll be outside some today, and think of you, outside in your home area.
So much love and gratitude for helping us remember. xxo ♥️♥️
Thank you for this, Ann. I will get outside today, offer much gratitude, and "meander". I LOVE that word. Looking forward to bringing your recorded meditation with me. Grateful that you are our guide today.
