My favourite track by the composer Terry Oldfield is Spiral. Ann, i have also often been criticised or diagnosed as overthinking - I think by people who don't perhaps always think enough. Yes, I'm loving life more and more and more these days, like walking outwards and outwards of an infinitely complex and beautiful spiral, like a galaxy, discovering more and more wonderful visions en route.
